There are also different accompaniments had along with it.There are Channa masala, Halwa poori,or any vegetarian masalas. In some regions it is had with non – vegetarian curries too. Famous Batura is also a version of Poori.

How to make perfect puffed poori?

Though many people make poori, still there are some who struggle to make perfectly puffed one. There are small tips to keep in mind to make it perfectly puffed. They are

1.Add a tsp of rava or semolina when you prepare dough.

2.The dough consistency should be hard. Not soft as chapathi or roti dough.

3.When you deep fry,the oil should be hot.If you add  before that it will oily one which we don’t need.

Keep these points in mind. You will get it perfectly puffed each time.Don’t forget to thank me later ..lol
