Peanut Sundal – Navarathri Special

Navarathri is a Hindu festival celebrated all over India in various names. It is usually celebrated for nine days.During these days people will be fasting the whole day. They take fruits and after sunset will have dishes made with no onion and garlic.Peanut Sundal is also one of the dishes made during fasting. It’s protein rich and helps to gain energy.

How did I make Peanut Sundal

Making of this is so simple.Only time taking process is to soak peanuts. If you are using fresh peanuts, you can avoid the soaking step too. Pressure cook the peanuts with required sea salt. Strain it and stir fry. Delicious and healthy snack is ready to munch on.
