Butter corn

Do you want healthy, quick, yummy snack. Try this butter corn. Can make within 5 minutes.



Corn kernels – 1 cup

Butter – 1 tbsn

Salt – as required

Pepper powder – as required


  • Cook corn kernels in microwave for 3 minutes.
  • Heat butter in a pan and add cooked corn, pepper powder and salt.
  • Mix till butter is coated in corn. Switch off.
  • Serve warm.
