When I was thinking what to try with coconut water, this jelly idea came upon.I wanted it to make Gelatin free as most of the store bought jellies would have. The outcome was really good and now I was thinking why I didn’t try this before. You can see my other jelly recipes Beetroot JellyWatermelon Jelly. If you love coconut water like me,you will like this jelly too.

How did I make Coconut Water Jelly

As I have already mentioned,I have made two other jelly earlier,I followed the same method for this jelly too.I used Agar Agar, the important ingredient to make this Gelatin free.

I have many readers ask about Agar Agar. It is basically vegetarian substitute of Gelatin. You can get this in any Asian supermarkets. I added sugar in this recipe which is totally optional. You can avoid it. Then you need just 2 ingredients to make this jelly.
