These banana fritters are the best way to use up your over ripen bananas or just to whip a quick snack. This is so easy and need just basic ingredients. You an make this within 30 minutes from start to end. So if you have some quick guests or your kids play date or to just treat yourself, grab some bananas and try this fritters. You will not stop with one.

How to make Banana fritters

To make this Banana fritters, you need just whole wheat flour,rice flour and sweetener. I used raw organic sugar. You can also use jaggery or brown sugar. Mix all along with mashed bananas. We are going to deep fry it. Do not calculate the calories,please. Not a sin to indulge in such delicacies once in a while.

INGREDIENTS

Banana – 3 Nos (over ripen or ripen)

Whole Wheat Flour – 1 1/4 cup

Rice flour – 1 Tbsn

Sugar – 2 Tbsn

Cardamom – 1 Crushed

Oil – To deep fry

METHOD

  • Mash bananas in a bowl.
  • Add other ingredients except oil along with mashed bananas.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Drop a tbsn of batter in hot oil and cook in medium flame till golden.
  • Repeat this till you fry all the batter.
  • Serve warm.

NOTES

  1. You can skip sugar or use brown sugar.
  2. You can use cinnamon in the place of cardamom.

Ingredients

  4. Why have I never had the pleasure of eating about a dozen of these? I would never skip the sugar and cinnamon dunk after they’ve been deep fried! Ha! This is a great way to use up those over-ripened bananas rather than just making a banana bread all of the time!
