How to make coriander seeds chutney
As the name suggests, the main flavor of this chutney is coriander. We don’t use coriander leaves or cilantro for that. We use coriander seeds. It gives a unique, nutty flavor to this dip. Along with coriander seeds, we need onion, tomato, and dry chili. We add a piece of jaggery and tamarind to give a tangy and sweet taste to it. You can see another variety of coriander chutney here.

Product Review
Recently, I did Product review of Cooler Kitchen. You can see that review here. They were generous enough to send one more of their product to me for review. This time I received a beautiful Bread box with a wooden lid. That wooden lid can also be used as a chopping board and I loved how sleek and lovely the bread box is. Adding a bit more of one spice can dramatically change the overall taste of any food. Adding coriander seeds to the chutney must have added an earthy taste. Chutney looks so inviting.
