These ladoos can be made in a jiffy. If you have surprise guests or to treat kids, this is an excellent choice. There is no doubt that kids will love it. This is made within 10 minutes. Isn’t that great??
Roasted gram dal/ pottu kadalai – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 3 tbsn
Ghee/ clarified butter – 2 to 3 tbsn
Salt – a pinch
- Take all ingredients except ghee in a mixer/ blender and blend till smooth powder.
- Transfer the powder to a plate.
- Add ghee little by little till you are able to make ladoos.
- Serve immediately.
- Adjust sugar as required.
- Stays good for two days if stored in airtight container.
