Sunrise Whole wheat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1 no Egg
  • 1/2 cup Organic Sugar
  • 1-1 1/2 cup Orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • Salt a pinch
  • Butter as required

Instructions

  • Beat egg and organic sugar thoroughly
  • Add milk & a pinch of salt.
  • Add Whole wheat flour & mix it.
  • Now add Orange juice till you get pancake batter consistency.You will need about 1 - 1/12 cup orange juice.
  • Heat a pan.Smear butter and pour a ladle of batter.
  • When one side is cooked,flip it over the next side and cook till done.
  • Serve warm with your favorite syrup.

Notes

  1. Try to use freshly squeezed orange juice to give nice flavor.
  2. Adjust the quantity of orange juice  to get right consistency of the batter.
