Stuffed Bread Roll
This Vegetable stuffed Bread Roll is a perfect snack when you host a get together or to enjoy tea time yourself.
To shallow fry
Remove the crusts from all sides of the bread.
Dip one side of the bread in little water.
Squeeze out all water as much as possible immediately.
Take a spoon of filling. Roll it into a log.
Place it at one side of the bread.
Roll it into a log and seal the sides.
Repeat it with other bread slices.
Heat oil in a pan.
When the oil is hot enough,fry the bread rolls till golden.
Serve warm with ketchup.
I used whole wheat bread. But you can use white bread too.
You can always feel free to improvise the stuffing.
When you dip the bread in water,immediately squeeze water out. If not, the bread rolls will be oily.
If you don't prefer to dip in water,you can also roll out the bread slice with rolling pin. In that case,you have to seal the edges of the bread with water slightly after rolling.
