Ice Cream Cake
All Purpose flour
Chocolate chips/Tutti frutti
Pre heat Oven at 350 deg F.
Take Ice cream and sugar in a bowl.
Using a whisk or hand blender beat it thoroughly.
When the sugar is dissolved , add flour and baking powder.
Fold it well till the flour is incorporated.
Add Chocolate chips or tutti frutti.
Pour the batter in a greased cake pan.
Bake it in pre heated oven for 20 - 25 minutes or till inserted tooth pick comes out clean.
Once it it cooled down completely turn the pan upside down and transfer cake to a plate.
You can use any flavored Ice cream,store bought or homemade.
You can add any nuts to this cake.
The cake is mildly sweet. So adjust sugar as per your requirements.
I baked it in two small pans. But this can be made in single pan.
