Ice Cream Cake

  • 2 Cups Ice cream Softened
  • 1 1/2 Cups All Purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • Chocolate chips/Tutti frutti Optional
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar


  • Pre heat Oven at 350 deg F.
  • Take Ice cream and sugar in a bowl.
  • Using a whisk or hand blender beat it thoroughly.
  • When the sugar is dissolved , add flour and baking powder.
  • Fold it well till the flour is incorporated.
  • Add Chocolate chips or tutti frutti.
  • Pour the batter in a greased cake pan.
  • Bake it in pre heated oven for 20 - 25 minutes or till inserted tooth pick comes out clean.
  • Once it it cooled down completely turn the pan upside down and transfer cake to a plate.


  1. You can use any flavored Ice cream,store bought or homemade.
  2. You can add any nuts to this cake.
  3. The cake is mildly sweet. So adjust sugar as per your requirements.
  4. I baked it in two small pans. But this can be made in single pan.
