Mk Kashmiri Curry Sauce
In a wide pan or kadai,heat oil.
Add cubed chicken and cook till it is half done.
Add a bottle of Kashmiri curry sauce with little water.
Let the chicken cook in medium flame for 10 - 15 minutes.
Adjust the water as per your requirement of the consistency of the curry.
Switch off. Serve with roti or rice.
I have added 1/4 Tsp of chili powder to match our spice. But it is totally optional.
