- 1 Cup Rice flour
- 1/2 Cup Jaggery Syrup
- Oil To deep fry

Take jaggery syrup in a pan and heat it.
When it starts boil, add rice flour slowly and mix simultaneously.
Mix till it forms the non stick mass. Remove from heat.
Heat oil in another pan.
Take a small portion of the rice flour batter and flatten it as patties.
Drop the rice flour patties slowly in the hot oil.
When one side is cooked to golden brown, carefully flip it to other side and cook till done.
Repeat the same with the remaining batter.Serve warm.
- When you start mixing the rice flour, add it slowly. You will not need the whole cup of flour. It depends on the quality of the flour.
- If you are using store bought rice flour,dry roast it slightly before adding it to jaggery syrup.
- Cook phuklein in medium flame. If not the outer layer will burn fast and inside will not be cooked.
