Get ingredients with
Instructions
Grind all the ingredients under ‘ to grind’ to smooth paste with required water.
Heat oil in a pan and splutter cumin seeds.
Add sliced onions and green chili. Saute till the onions turn golden.
Add the ground coconut paste, tomato and add required water.
Add turmeric powder and required salt.
Let it boil for 5 minutes on medium flame.
Then add the hard-boiled eggs. You can add as a whole or half cut.
Let it boil for two minutes and add chopped cilantro.
Serve the egg curry with roti, rice or dosa.
