Equipment

Ingredients

  • 3 Hibiscus flower see notes
  • Sugar/any sweetener as required
  • Lemon juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 1/2 cup Water

Instructions

  • Wash the petals and take it in a bowl.
  • Pour boiling water on the petals and let the color of the petal seep in the water. After 2 minutes, remove the petals.
  • Now add the preferred sweetener and lemon juice to the bowl. You can enjoy watching the solution turn change the color.
  • Pour this hibiscus lemon solution into the popsicle mold and freeze till it sets.

Notes

  1. Remove the calyx and pistil part of the flower before adding the hot water to it.
  2. You can also add other edible flowers, mint, or slice of lemon to the popsicle mold to set.
