Instructions
In a bowl , take all ingredients except oil.
Mix it to make a batter. The batter should be like dosa batter. ( Thin than the pancake batter)
Check sugar by tasting a drop of batter. Adjust as per your liking.
Heat oil in a deep pan.
When the oil is hot, pour a ladle of batter to the oil.
The Pitha puffs up. Slowly turn the other side.
Cook both sides in medium high heat till it turns golden.
Remove from oil to a paper towel.
Serve.
Notes
Adjust sugar as per your requirements. This dish is basically mild sweet.
Don't cook the pithas n high heat as the inner side will not be cooked and outside will turn golden fast.
If you want small pithas, drop half ladle of batter.
The number of pithas, varies according to the size you prefer. The given amount of ingredients is enough to make 20 small Sweet Pua Pithas.
