Best Mango Lassi recipe

It is a simple mango and yogurt smoothie. This is one of my kid’s favorites. Whenever we go to a restaurant they first ask for mango lassi. So I made it at home when we got some mangoes. This is the easiest and best recipe for mango lassi you get to try. This is creamy and delicious. You need just a handful of basic ingredients to make this drink.

The authentic mango lassi uses just mango, yogurt, and sugar. But in this recipe, I have used milk along with yogurt to give some thin drink texture.

How to make the best mango lassi?

Ingredients required

Mango – We need pulpy mango to make this drink. Not a fibrous one.

Yogurt – Thick yogurt which is not sour is required.

Milk – Try to use full-fat milk to get the thick creamy texture.

Sugar – You can adjust the sugar as per your need or based on the sweetness of the mango. You can also use any sweetener of your choice.

Cardamom – We use cardamom seeds, not the whole pod. Cardamom enhances the flavor. You can avoid it if you don’t like the cardamom flavor in your drink. I didn’t use it as my kids don’t like it.
