Method

Choose for a ripe cantaloupe. Cut into half. Deseed it and scoop out the flesh. Chop into small cubes or pieces. Add it to the blender along with other ingredients. Blend it smooth. Add water if you like to have a thin consistency. Serve chilled.

Can I make it vegan?

Absolutely yes. Instead of milk, you can add almond milk, coconut milk, or just water to make it vegan.

How long can I store it?

I have stored cantaloupe milkshakes for 1 day in the refrigerator. After more than a day, it starts to taste weird. So finish it on the same day or the next day.

Can I use frozen cantaloupe?

Yes, Why not? You can use frozen chunks to make this smoothie.

  1. This one is my favorite fruit. You know, summer favorites. We call it “Kharbooza” in Hindi or musk melon. It turns out to be very refreshing.

    We use its seeds too in several recipes.
