Fall is here and I see Pumpkin recipes everywhere on the Internet. But here I give you the easiest Apple fritter recipe for you with the warmth of cinnamon spice in it.

Easy Apple Fritter
Apple fritter is one easy snack to make this fall season apart from this Whole Wheat Apple almond cake. The apple picking season is here and I know many will be confused about what to make with the big batch of apples. These apple fritters are the answer. You can chop the apples but I prefer to grate. So make sure you have a good mandolin or food processor. These fritters are crispy outside and soft, juicy inside. When it is warm, you cannot stop eating. I’m sure these are the best apple fritters you can make.

How to make Apple fritters
These apple fritters are so easy to make. Wash the apples thoroughly. You can peel the skin or leave it. It did peel the skin. Then slice the apples roughly and deseed it. You can chop or grate the apples. I like to grate as I found it easy and crispy when fried. Make the batter with whole wheat flour, rice flour, sugar, baking soda, milk, and water. Add cinnamon powder. The batter should be thick. Add the grated apples. Heat oil in a pan. Drop the batter using a spoon or Ice cream scoops. Cook until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve warm.
