Here I am with another summer treat. It’s absolutely refreshing to have with your kids. This Coconut Water Popsicle is an easy and refreshing treat for you and your kids.

How to make Coconut Water popsicle

Making this popsicle is so easy. You can use fresh coconut water or store-bought ones. Use the fruits as you like.

No-Churn Mango Ice cream – we are using just 3 Ingredients for this delicious, creamy Mango Ice Cream. We need heavy cream, sugar, and Mango pulp. I used fresh mango pulp but you can also use canned.

Mango Coconut Burfi – Mango and Coconut are a match made in heaven. The only process is you take all ingredients in a heavy-bottomed pan and keep stirring till it thickens.

Pineapple Burfi – This 3 Ingredients Baked Pineapple Burfi is sure to win your guest’s heart at any party. They will come to you asking the recipe for sure because that’s what I did.

Recipe for Popsicle

Ingredients

Coconut water – 1 /2 cup

Strawberry – 2 or 3

Mango – 1 or 2 slices

Method

  • Cut strawberries and mango into small chunks.
  • Drop it in popsicle molds.
  • Add coconut water.
  • Freeze it till sets.
  • Enjoy.

Notes

  1. I made 3 popsicles from the above-mentioned quantity.
  2. Adjust accordingly to your requirements.
  3. You can add fruits of your choice.
