Give your normal french toast a punch of lemon flavor with this Lemon French Toast. This will give you a refreshing morning to work or school.

Lemon French Toast
French Toasts are an easy breakfast when we are really time-constrained or to have a relaxed weekend breakfast. I make it in these situations. My kids eat them without any complaints. Sometimes I pack for their lunch too. To make the normal toast, refreshing I make this Lemon French toast.
How to make Lemon French Toast
Beat egg and sugar till dissolved. Add milk and mix thoroughly. Then add lemon juice and mix. Heat the pan and smear butter. Dip the bread slice in the egg mixture and cook in the pan in medium flame. Flip and cook till done. Serve warm with your favorite syrup.

I have used Coconut milk in this recipe and I highly recommend you to use this as it has a unique flavor. But yes, you can use any milk of your choice too. You can also add grated lemon zest for more flavor. I have cut the bread slices in half to make them strips for kids to hold and eat easily on the go.
