3 Ingredients Baked Pineapple Burfi
The story starts when we are invited by my husband’s colleague for a get-together at their home. They were an awesome host and had a great time with them and other colleagues. And when dinner time arrived we all devoured delicious food. She is such an awesome cook that everyone loved and praised the food, especially the dessert.
Everyone loved the dessert though we had no clue of its name. It didn’t taste like any other common Indian dessert. It tasted awesome that everyone was asking her about the dessert. I went a step ahead and asked her for the recipe saying that I’m a food blogger (not in a self-praising mode but I really want the recipe, please mode) and would like to have the recipe. She was so sweet enough to share the written recipe with me. She also said that her son made this dessert on her instructions. This recipe is easy and delicious. You have to try for yourself to know what I’m talking.
How to make pineapple burfi with 3 ingredients
After getting the recipe, I didn’t get time to make it soon. But I got a reminder from my husband’s office colleagues asking him whether I made the dish. The very next week I got all the ingredients and made this dessert and sent some to his office. He came back with an empty box saying that everyone loved him.
As I said, you need just 3 Ingredients to make this fabulous dessert. Yes, Just 3. sour cream, condensed milk, and crushed pineapple. Mix everything and bake till done. The most amazing dessert is ready. Cut into cubes and serve. I bet you will be approached for the recipe. This gives you around 25 – 30 pieces of burfi depending on the size you cut.

INGREDIENTS
Sour Cream – 16 oz Can
Crushed Pineapple – 20 Oz Can
Condensed Milk – 1 1/2 Cans
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 350 Deg F.
- Drain the juice from the crushed Pineapple. Keep aside.
- Take the crushed pineapple, condensed milk, and sour cream in a bowl and mix it thoroughly.
- Once mixed, pour it into a cake pan and bake in a preheated oven for 35 – 40 minutes.
- When it is ready, cool it down, cut it into cubes, and serve.
NOTES
- If you want more sweetness, you can use 2 full cans of condensed milk. Adjust as per your requirements.
- If you want more firm burfi, bake for 5 more minutes.
- This stays good for two days when stored in the refrigerator.
