Aloo & Onion Bhaji / Fritters are one of the best snacks to have at tea time on a rainy day.
Bhaji – An Indian Snack
Bhaji is a popular Indian snack. There are many types of bhaji. The main ingredient is gram dal flour. To make it crispy little rice flour is added. Depending on the type of bhaji the ingredient differs. Having these fritters with hot tea on a rainy day is heavenly.
Aloo/Potato & Onion Bhaji
I hope every Indian household will follow this. Just a few ingredients, a few minutes to prepare tada..crispy yummy bhaji ready to have with some hot tea. Those who haven’t tried should try this. It’s Gluten-free, the only thing to worry about for health-conscious people is it’s deep-fried. But still, you can enjoy this once in a while.
You should be thinking about why I should talk about the rainy season in this hot summer. In our place for the past two days, it was drizzling. It was feeling good after the hot weather. Even when I was taking pictures, it was raining. I don’t want to miss the chance of having this with hot tea. I readily made some onion & potato bhaji. My kids loved it to the core. I highly recommend you try this.
