You should be thinking about why I should talk about the rainy season in this hot summer. In our place for the past two days, it was drizzling. It was feeling good after the hot weather. Even when I was taking pictures, it was raining. I don’t want to miss the chance of having this with hot tea. I readily made some onion & potato bhaji. My kids loved it to the core. I highly recommend you try this.

  1. These are also called pakoras, right? I’ve made them a few times actually, with onions and spinach. Totally LOVE them! So dangerous, though, to have them around. You can’t stop eating them! 😄

  2. I’m so glad to find a recipe for these! One of my coworkers made these a few months ago and they were soooo good I’ve been wanting to learn how to make them. Thanks for sharing!
