Melting Moments Cookies| Custard cookies are the one cookie recipe you need to keep forever as this will be a hit among your family and friends. It is eggless too. So why wait? Go ahead and bake these beauties.

Melting Moments Cookie
These are indeed met in mouth cookies. To believe you need to try it for yourself. These are shortbread cookies made with custard powder. The actual cookies use cornstarch which makes them melt in the mouth. I adapted the original recipe and I used whole wheat flour for all-purpose flour. For cornstarch, this recipe uses custard powder.

How to make Melting Moments Cookies
Though the name of this cookie sounds like dreamy, making it is so easy. These are eggless too. Beat butter and sugar. Add sifted flour, custard powder, and baking powder. Mix it. Roll it as a golf ball, press it with a fork, and bake it. When it is done, it will be soft but once cooled down it will be set.

Let’s discuss the ingredients
Whole Wheat flour – I used Whole wheat flour in place of all-purpose flour. You can use all-purpose flour if you want white cookies.
Custard Powder – I used Bird’s Custard Powder for this recipe which I loved.
Sugar – Use powdered sugar or confectioner sugar to get a smooth batter.
Butter – I used unsalted butter at room temperature.
Expert Tip – Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature for best results.
