When you want to have a healthy breakfast or dinner, try this easy and yummy oats dosa. I make this at least once a week. It is an easy breakfast you can enjoy.

Instant Oats Dosa

This Oats dosa is an instant one. You do not want to wait for fermentation. This is healthy with the goodness of oats. If you are on a weight loss diet, you can have this dosa on your menu as oats are rich in fiber. You have to just mix the ingredients and you can start making within 1 hour.

How to make dosa with Oats

Dry roast the oats for 2 to 3 minutes and grind it to a smooth powder. Take oats powder, sooji, yogurt, and rice flour in a bowl. Whisk it with the required water without lumps to a watery batter. Add jeera, peppercorns, and salt. Keep aside for 1 hour. As the Sooji soaks, the batter will be thicker after 1 hour. Add water to make it thin. The batter should be really watery. Heat tawa, and pour a ladle of batter. It spreads by itself, else just swirl the tawa. Drizzle oil over the dosa.

When one side cooks flip over and cook till golden. Serve warm with your favorite onion tomato chutney or sambar.
