Semiya Kesari or sweet vermicelli is an easy dessert that you can make in a jiffy with just a handful of ingredients. This dessert tastes amazing. Making it in Instant pot saves you time and lets you make this dessert in less than 15 minutes. Can we see how?

Semiya Kesari
In Indian cuisine, desserts and sweets have a special place similar to the variety of savory recipes. Most of them require or can be made with minimal ingredients like this kesari. There are many variations of kesari like rava kesari, aval kesari, Pineapple kesari and so on.

The main ingredients to make this kesari is vermicelli, sugar, and water. The nuts and ghee can be skipped if you want to make low low-calorie. Or you can enhance the kesari by adding saffron strands to give it a naturally rich flavor and color.
