Chettinad Egg Curry

As I said, Chettinad cuisine is spicy and aromatic, however, you can adjust the hotness of the curry by adjusting the chili. I would say that this Egg curry is a simple and easy version. We use fresh ground coconut with the whole spices. The hard-boiled egg is cooked in the ground coconut and masala paste.

I had never thought of using a curry for eggs but I can see how tasty they would be with this sauce mix. My daughter in law will particularly like this spice combination!

I love spicy curry and will love this egg curry. We use lots of curry in our cooking, too so I can’t wait adding this variation to our dinner rotation.

I like Chettinad cuisine specially due to the spice level it has in each of its dish. For me egg generally has no taste and adding it to such a flavourful curry will add so much to taste.

I do love a good curry! I fully admit I buy the premade curry because it’s easy. But you also make it look super easy to create my own from scratch. I’ve never heard of adding egg to the curry, so I’ll definitely have to give this a shot
