Sheet Pancakes are pancakes baked in a sheet pan. That means you can make pancakes for a whole family at a time and no one needs to wait. It is a time saver and also it can be made ahead and frozen.
On these cold days, sometimes we feel to get a little more sleep in the morning inside the cozy warm blanket. But the kid’s school bus can’t wait, right? On those lazy mornings, these pancakes come in handy. You can make these sheet pancakes when you have time, cut them into pieces, and freeze them in a zip lock. When needed just microwave or heat it in a pan and serve it with your favorite syrup.
How to make whole wheat sheet pancake

What else is needed? Just whip up the ingredients, add your favorite topping, and bake it. I added ground almonds along with whole wheat flour. You can avoid it too and just make it with whole wheat flour. I added strawberries and swirled Nutella. You can also add chopped bananas, blueberries, and raspberries. The choices are limitless.

Recipe for Whole wheat sheet pancake
INGREDIENTS
Whole Wheat Flour – 1 cup
Grounded Almond – 1/2 cup
Egg – 3 nos
Organic Sugar – 1/2 cup
Milk / Coconut Milk – 1/3 cup
Strawberries – 1/4 cup chopped
Nutella – As required to swirl
METHOD
- Preheat the oven at 425 Deg F.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs till frothy.
- Add sugar and beat till dissolved.
- Add milk, ground almonds, and whole wheat flour.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Pour it into a greased sheet pan.
- Add chopped strawberries and spoon the required Nutella all over the batter.
- Swirl it with a toothpick.
- Bake it in a preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
- When it’s cool, cut it into squares and serve with favorite syrup.
Saving for later
- For storing purposes, zip lock those squares and freeze them till needed.
- When required, heat it in the microwave or on the stovetop.






NOTES
- You can skip ground almonds if you don’t prefer almonds.
- You can add fruits of your choice as toppings.
- Instead of milk, you can add coconut milk or almond milk.

- Nutella As required

- Mix thoroughly.Pour it in a greased sheet pan.
- Add chopped strawberries and spoon required nutella all over the batter.Swirl it with a tooth pick.
- Bake it in a pre heated oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
