How to make Matar Paneer Sandwich
If the Mater paneer is too gravy, heat it until it becomes thick. Heat Tawa or grill pan and apply butter. Keep a slice of bread and apply matar paneer. Close it with another slice of bread and grill it or toast it on Tawa. Serve warm. I’m sure you will be making more gravy hereafter to make these sandwiches.
