Ragi Cake
When I was looking for a cake to try my hands on first time, I stumbled upon this Whole wheat Ragi chocolate cake. I decided to give it a try as it is super healthy. I did adjust a little with the ingredients. It turned out to be super good. Kids loved it. You can have it as a dessert or pack it in a snack box for kids.
This Valentine’s Day bake this healthy yummy cake for your loved ones.
How to make Ragi cake
Usually, the cakes are made with all-purpose flour. But I like to bake my cake with whole wheat flour and in this as a twist, I added ragi /finger millet four along with whole wheat flour to make it healthy. And it is eggless too. So there are no beating eggs to the peak step. Just mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients. Mix both and bake in preheated oven for 20 – 25 minutes or till done.

Yes, you can use just ragi flour or use the same amount of almond flour for whole wheat flour. Just the texture of the cake will be different. Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.
