    Awesome share Lathi! The cake exactly looks like store bought, the color and texture, everything came out with perfection. This cake recipe is slightly different than the usual one. Any suggestion to make this cake without egg?

      I believe those light and airy texture of the cake comes from eggs… not sure if yogurt or oil can give that texture…maybe you can try Aqua faba as I have heard it also works good to give light texture. Do let me know if you try. Thank you dear
