Do you always run out of ideas for Lunch / Dinner? Here is a quick and easy recipe the whole family loves – Easy Chicken Wrap. This recipe is so cool as you can customize the toppings and the spread. You must try this and you will agree with it too.
Easy Chicken Wrap
I can’t say enough how easy these chicken wraps are to make. If you are going to use store-bought tortillas for this wrap, then it takes just 20 minutes from start to end.
How to make Chicken Wrap
As I said earlier, this Chicken wrap is so easy to make. I used homemade roti for the wrap. You can choose from Sweet Potato Roti / Sweet Potato Indian Flat Bread, Carrot chapathi/roti, Palak/ Spinach chapathi/ roti. You can also go for store-bought tortillas. Then the chicken is cooked with simple basic spices. Then arrange the chicken inside the cooked roti or tortillas. You can add veggies of your choice. I chose Lettuce, onion, and cucumber. Spread the sauce. My choice was Cucumber Ranch which my kids loved a lot. Wrap the rotis to make wrap and devour this delicious dish. I already made this twice in a week. So you can guess how yummy this wrap is.
What part of Chicken to use for wrap?
When you make such wraps or rolls, always choose chicken thighs. The thigh part of the chicken is tasty and juicy.
Chicken wrap ingredients
Chicken – As I said choose chicken thighs for a tasty wrap.
Garam Masala – Garam Masala is a spice powder used widely in Indian cuisine. This spice can lift the flavor of any dish.
Cumin Powder – Add cumin powder to any dish to give a nice flavor. If you don’t have cumin powder, just roast cumin seeds and grind them.
