Tips to make kids eat veggies
I understand that each kid is unique and it takes a village to raise kids. Though I give you these tips which helped my kids to eat their veggies, it may work differently with other kids. But I would recommend you to give it a try. I would also love to hear any tips that you have tried for your kids and worked or turned out funny.
- Start introducing vegetables early in childhood.
- Be creative by making funny shapes out of vegetables while feeding. (I know it is hard)
- Start one new vegetable at a time.
