Breakfast Chia Pudding

Chia seeds are my new favorite. I have already tried Pumpkin Chia Seed Pudding. From then, I started to include it in my diet. I love to have this Chia Pudding for my breakfast. But you can have it for breakfast or a snack. It is very handy on quick or busy mornings. I soak chia seeds along with coconut milk and honey at night. The next day, at the time of breakfast, I don’t have to bang my head for ideas. Just adding the fruit purees, gives each person a favorite breakfast.

How to make Chia Pudding

Making Chia Pudding is so easy that even your kids can do that for you. Just add 3 Tbsp of Chia seeds in 1 cup of coconut milk and sweetener of your choice. Stir well. Leave it at least for 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator. At the time of breakfast, add fruit puree. Delicious and healthy breakfast chia pudding ready to devour.

Is Chia seeds good for you?

Absolutely. Chia seeds are rich in fibres which is good for your gut.

Is Chia seeds good for weight loss?

Just 2 Tbsp of Chia seeds have 10 grams of fiber. The foods rich in fiber are helpful in weight reduction. So if you in a weight loss run like me, then definitely include chia seeds in your diet. Why should we miss this delicious way to reduce weight?

The Chia Pudding stays good for 5 days in the refrigerator.

Can I use any other milk to make Chia Pudding

Yes, of course. You can use any milk of your choice.

Coconut milk chia seed pudding recipe

Ingredients

Chia Seeds – 3 Tbsp

Coconut Milk – 1 Cup

Honey / Any sweetener – as required

Mango Puree – 1/4 Cup

Strawberry Puree – 1/4 Cup

Method

  • Mix chia seeds, milk, and sweetener in a bowl. Stir well.
  • Leave it aside for 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Then divide it into two portions.
  • Add mango puree in one and strawberry puree in another.
  • Serve.

Notes

  1. You can use any milk of your choice.
  2. Try adding any fruit puree to make variations.
  3. Use good quality chia seeds to get thick pudding.
  4. You can add more milk if the pudding is too thick.
